Therapeutic Birth Preparation & Therapeutic Birth Processing Packages
-This package is ideal for second or subsequent births, or in addition to a more traditional childbirth education class. Leslie recommends starting these sessions at 28 weeks or later.
-Together we will explore your fears, hopes, and expectations for birth, as well as help you to gain skills to care for your mental health before, during, and after labor.
-Package Price includes 3 in-office therapeutic birth preparation sessions, with option to add up to 2 additional sessions for $75/session
Therapeutic Birth Processing, $500
-This package is ideal for mothers at least 4-6weeks postpartum, and any length of time after that.
-Together, we will create a safe space to process your complex emotions and somatic memories associated with your birth experience, help you to gain perspective and clarity, and increase your emotional flexibility to make sense of an emotional birth experience.
-My office is baby, nursing, and pumping-friendly. Rather than needing to separate from the fullness of your motherhood, in these sessions we invite you to bring your whole self.
-Package price includes 3 in-office sessions, with option to add up to 2 additional sessions for $75/session
